Confirmed: Netherlands line-up v Kazakhstan - Van Dijk and Wijnaldum start

Netherlands face Kazakhstan this afternoon in a Euro 2016 qualifier.

Netherlands starting line-up: Krul; Tete, Bruma, Van Dijk, Riedewald; Blind, Wijnaldum, Sneijder; Memphis, Huntelaar, El Ghazi.

Netherlands substitutes: Zoet, Cillessen, Anita, Rekik, Kongolo, Bazoer, Afellay, Elia, Lens, Dost, Van Persie.

A turbulent Euro 2016 qualifying campaign is coming to an end for the Netherlands, and manager Danny Blind must come back from Astana with a win tonight.

Blind came in to replace Guus Hiddink after a torrid start to the campaign, with the Netherlands sitting in fourth place in Group A, meaning they have slim hopes of qualifying for Euro 2016 in France next summer.

The Netherlands need to pick up three more points than third placed Turkey, and they must win in Kazakhstan tonight to have any lingering hopes of qualifcation.

Blind has picked a youthful starting line-up, with Ajax youngsters Jairo Riedewald, Kenny Tete and Anwar El Ghazi all starting, whilst Southampton's Virgil van Dijk also has a place in the side.

Premier League stars Daley Blind, Georginio Wijnaldum and Memphis Depay are also in the line-up, but Robin van Persie, Vurnon Anita and Ibrahim Afellay are left on the bench for this crucial game.
