Newcastle United prospect Ivan Toney has told the Daily Mail that he believes Rolando Aarons and Kevin Mbabu have 'big futures' at St. James' Park.
Toney only arrived at Newcastle a few months ago, but he has already identified Aarons and Mbabu as the Magpies' main prospects.
The 19-year-old striker believes that the young duo can go on to become first-team stars at Newcastle, but he has been impressed by all of the emerging talent at the club.
"The likes of Rolando Aarons and Kevin Mbabu have big futures if they keep working hard, but all of the lads here have talent, that's why we're at Newcastle," he said.
Toney, himself, has made a good impression at Newcastle and is rapidly developing a reputation as one of their finer prospects.
The youngster recently won the Premier League's under-21 Player of the Month award, and he has already made three appearances for the senior side.
Mbabu, meanwhile, has broken into Newcastle's team of late, and he has impressed. The defender has been thrown in at the deep end, but he has put in good performances against Chelsea and Manchester City in his first two starts for the club.
Aarons is a more established member of the Magpies' first-team squad, and he showed his class during the opening part of the 2014/15 campaign, before injury halted his progress.
