Jurgen Klopp has been made the new Liverpool manager.

Liverpool owner John W. Henry’s wife, Linda Pizzuti Henry, has taken to social networking site Twitter to express his delight at the appointment of Jurgen Klopp as the club’s manager.

Klopp has been made the new Liverpool boss following the dismissal of Brendan Rodgers on Sunday.

According to BBC Sport, the former Borussia Dortmund boss has been given a three-year contract worth £15 million.

Linda Pizzuti Henry is delighted with the arrival of Klopp at Anfield and has expressed her joy on Twitter.

Liverpool are 10th in the Premier League table at the moment with 12 points from eight matches, just three points behind fourth-place Crystal Palace.

The Reds are very much in the running for a top-four finish in the Premier League this season, and fans will hope that Klopp can galvanise the team.

The Merseyside outfit will take on Tottenham Hotspur away from home at White Hart Lane in the league after the international break.
