The striking department is still slim pickings for Spurs.
The international break is upon is which means not much is happening at the clubs up and down the country.
Which means they can start to consider where they should improve in the winter.
The January window is, like Christmas, deceptively close, so where should Tottenham Hotspur consider improving when the window reopens.
If there was one position that still needs strengthening it would have to be the centre-forward area.
The club brought in both Clinton N'Jie and Son Heung-min this summer but neither are out-and-out strikers.
At the moment Tottenham remain with just the one, Harry Kane.
They allowed Roberto Soldado and Emmanuel Adebayor exits from the club this summer and that has left them short in the area.
Of course they went in for Saido Berahino this summer and failed in their pursuit so there is no doubt they will be wanting a player of similar ilk this winter.
If there is one position where Tottenham need to look to improve in January then there is no doubt, it is the striking department.
