That is according to former teammate Pedro Pauleta, who has urged the former Manchester United man to consider a move to the Parisiens in an interview with RTL.
Ronaldo has been linked with a move away from the Bernabeu in recent months, despite insisting that he is happy with Los Blancos.
PSG have long been rumoured to be keen on recruiting the Real Madrid record breaker and, according to Pauleta, it could be a match made in heaven.
Speaking on French radio and television network RTL, the former Parisien spoke in glowing terms about his old club:
"PSG would be a good team for him [Ronaldo], to spend two or three seasons there. PSG deserve to have a player of his quality.
“It would also be fantastic for the Portuguese that live in Paris.”
Pauleta saw his record as PSG’s all-time top scorer overhauled by Zlatan Ibrahimovic last weekend, while Ronaldo has already overtaken him in the scoring stakes for Portugal at international level.
Ronaldo and Pauleta played together for Portugal on a number of occasions, with both players part of the squads that reached the final of Euro 2004 and the semi-finals of the World Cup two years later.
