West Brom crock Ben Foster posts picture with fellow injury victim training whilst others are away

West Brom

Jonas Olsson certainly strikes a pose.

The international break is here and whilst for many that means a trip away with their respective countries for others it means long, lonely and rather boring time spent at their clubs.

This is certainly the case for those players currently injured, including West Brom goalkeeper Ben Foster.

The Baggies stopper is not currently being considered for England action because of yet another serious knee injury.

Foster went up for an aerial duel with Peter Crouch in a game v Stoke City in March and tore his anterior cruciate ligament.

He has recently been stepping up his recovery from the problem and has been hard at work in the gym whilst the rest of the team are away on international duty.

He tweeted this message on Twitter earlier today, showing him in fitness action with team-mate Jonas Olsson who himself is injured, and therefore missed out on selection for Sweden this month.

West Brom fans will certainly be hopeful that both players can soon return to full fitness to help the club in their battles this season.
