Swansea City and Tottenham Hotspur played out a 2-2 draw on Sunday and some of the hosts' players have since had their say.
Some of Swansea City’s players have taken to Twitter after their 2-2 draw with Tottenham Hotspur at the weekend.
Andre Ayew opened the scoring for Garry Monk’s side before Christian Eriksen equalised, but when Harry Kane put through his own goal it looked as though Swansea could be on for a big victory.
Eriksen had other ideas, though, and the Danish international scored his second free-kick of the afternoon to ensure both teams took a point from the encounter.
Swansea have impressed for the majority of this season, and while they have now gone six matches with a win their performance against Tottenham suggested they had turned the corner.
The Swans are currently 11th in the Premier League with 10 points from their first eight matches, and after the international break they take on Stoke City in the next Monday night football encounter.
Good point versus Spurs and so happy to play a game in the Premier League. Thanks all for the messages. Means a lot! pic.twitter.com/xASBKQerEr— Angel Rangel (@arangelz) October 5, 2015
