Michael Owen has taken to social networking site Twitter to give his reaction to the final result in the Merseyside derby.
Everton and Liverpool played out a 1-1 draw at Goodison Park in the Premier League on Sunday afternoon.
Danny Ings put the Reds in the lead in the 41st minute when he headed home James Milner’s cross from close range.
Romelu Lukaku restored parity for the Toffees on the stroke of half time, with neither side able to add to the score in the second period.
Over the course of the 90 minutes, hosts Everton had 51% of the possession, took 14 shots of which four were on target, and earned five corners.
Visiting Liverpool had 49% of the possession, took 13 shots of which four were on target, and earned 11 corners.
