The Frenchman has been on the periphery this season.
Aston Villa have not had the start to the season their opening day win against Bournemouth seemed to promise.
Following defeat to Stoke City yesterday the Midlands club sit third from bottom in the Premier League and they have lost their last four games in the competition.
One player who cannot be blamed for the current situation at Villa is Charles N’Zogbia.
The Frenchman has not played a single minute of Premier League action in 2015-16 – in fact he has not played at all.
The former Wigan Athletic man has been on the fringes for the club this season after summer recruitment left him seemingly surplus to requirements this campaign.
Today he has made those frustrations evident on Twitter.
He retweeted this comment from a fan on the site earlier today, calling for him to get more game time at the club:
@CharlesNzo Ignore the 'fans' just looking for people to hate on if they play for villa. I'd like to see you on the pitch again!— Josh Kai Mountford (@j0shm22) October 4, 2015
Unfortunately for N’Zogbia that still looks unlikely.
The Frenchman looks to be out of Tim Sherwood’s plans for this season and it was even reported by The Telegraph this week that Villa are considering the possibility of sending him out on loan to the Championship.
