Some of Birmingham City's players have had their say following a big victory against Leeds United.
Birmingham City ran out 2-0 winners against Leeds United on Saturday courtesy of goals from Demarai Gray and Jacques Maghoma and some of their players later reacted on social media.
Birmingham had lost by the same score-line to Rotherham United the previous weekend but after a victory during the week against Brentford, Gary Rowett’s side made it back-to-back wins at Elland Road.
Leeds are continuing to struggle in the Championship and have recorded only two victories all season, but Birmingham still had to work hard for their win.
Birmingham are now fourth in the table with 18 points from their first 10 games, and with just four points separating them and current leaders Brighton & Hove Albion, Blues will be pleased with their achievements.
After the match David Davis, Stephen Gleeson, Viv Solomon-Otabor and Maghoma himself all took to Twitter to have their say.
Maghoma praised Gray for his finish while Gleeson celebrated after what he called a ‘horror show’ the previous weekend.
