The Leeds boss has been discussing the summer signing's display against Birmingham City.
Leeds United head coach Uwe Rosler praised Jordan Botaka's contribution down the right-hand side against Birmingham City on Saturday afternoon but singled out one huge weakness, according to BBC Radio Leeds.
Indeed, the German was pleased with the 22-year-old overall but was disappointed with his final ball.
Leeds carried on a several-month run of failing to win at Elland Road, with Birmingham beating the Yorkshire side 2-0.
And, when asked about Botaka, Rosler told BBC Radio Leeds: "He did a lot of good things but... the final ball.
"He gave us momentum. Our game plan was to get the ball in the wide areas and try to isolate their left-back."
Leeds' selection out wide is becoming as big of a conundrum as their home form. Stuart Dallas is a sure bet down the left but, out wide right, Sam Byram has already been dropped and Rosler clearly wants more from Botaka.
Is Will Buckley the answer?
Either way, things don't really get easier for Leeds, with their next game also at Elland Road - against Championship leaders Brighton.
Rosler will have had the international break to work with his side going into that fixture and it will be a very crucial period indeed for the Whites boss if Leeds are to bounce back, especially at their home ground.
