The Queens Park Rangers faithful were delighted with the 24-year-old on social media.
The win was ultimately a much-needed one, which takes QPR up to 15 points for the season - just seven off league-leaders Brighton and three points off the play-off places.
But it certainly wasn't an easy victory. It was a dramatic one. And QPR fans have Emmanuel-Thomas to thank after a late winner against Bolton.
In general, the 24-year-old impressed the R's faithful against the Trotters and many are now tipping him to A) be a fine replacement while Charlie Austin is out injured and B) be a potential strike partner alongside Austin when he returns.
After their 4-0 derby demolition at the hands of Fulham last Friday night, QPR needed a lift and, despite letting in three goals, Emmanuel-Thomas helped provide it. Here's how supporters reacted to his display on Twitter after the forward netted twice, including the dramatic winner, and worked hard throughout...

League Cup included, JET has now got 4 goals in 5 games for QPR. Not too shabby. #QPR— Full Time Rangers (@FullTimeRangers) October 3, 2015
No Austin but we've got a JET....well done Rangers, defence still dodgy but the whole team showed great character. Well done #QPR— Jeff Stevenson (@ukcomic) October 3, 2015
When austin's back we've gotta go 2 up top. Austin and JET could be lethal #qpr— Tommy Allen (@TommyAllen_98) October 3, 2015
