Les Ferdinand hints at future QPR transfer activity

Queens Park Rangers have not won any of their last four Championship matches.

Les Ferdinand has hinted to Get West London Sport that Queens Park Rangers could enter the loan market in the near future.

The R's have made a poor start to the season, and they have not won any of their last four fixtures, with Ferdinand frustrated with their performances.

As a result, the director of football says that they could seek to bring in new additions to ensure that they have the quality required to meet their targets this season.

"There’s no money set aside, but we’ll find it if we need to," he said.

“We brought new faces in. There’s people who haven’t played, and have had to sit on the sidelines, and may now get an opportunity and stake a claim for a spot.

“After the Bolton game, we’re going into the international break and we’ll sit down and see if we do need to bring people in.

Ferdinand has stressed this week in West London Sport that QPR fans will need to be patient this season, as frustrations are starting to mount at Loftus Road.

There is a growing section of R's fans calling for Chris Ramsey to lose his job as manager, due to their poor form.

However, it seems that the manager is set to stay, with QPR keen to give him more quality in his squad to pick from.

At the moment the London outfit have a number of young players, and they are a team in transition, but their performances have still been disappointing, and they sit in 13th place in the Championship table.
