Tottenham will be looking to earn a second successive win at the Liberty Stadium this weekend when they take on Swansea City.
It took a last minute winner from Christian Eriksen to earn that victory, while this time around they will be hoping winger Erik Lamela continues his recent upturn in form which saw him score against Manchester City this weekend.
While he has more goals than Lamela, the Argentine has been the more productive player from a creative perspective.
The Tottenham Hotspur ace has two assists to Ayew's one, while his 16 chances created are nearly double the number the Swansea man has managed.
What makes this even more impressive from Lamela's perspective is he has done this in just over half the amount of playing time in the Premier League this season, playing 310 minutes to Ayew's 609.
Lamela also scored in the Europa League against Monaco on Thursday night making it two goals in his last two games in all competitions, and heads into this Sunday's game in fine form.
Ayew needs to lift his game if he is to make an impact this weekend, and is not the only one. Swansea have just one point from their last three league games, and have scored only one goal through this stretch.
