Ian Holloway predicts Wolverhampton Wanderers v Huddersfield Town

Wolverhampton Wanderers and Huddersfield Town will face each other in the Championship on Saturday.

Former Queens Park Rangers manager Ian Holloway has predicted on Skysports.com that Wolverhampton Wanderers will win at home in the Championship this weekend.

Wolves will face Huddersfield Town at Molineux on Saturday, and Holloway believes that the game will end in a 2-1 home win.

“It was a fantastic win on Tuesday for Wolves,” the former Crystal Palace boss wrote on Skysports.com. “But they are a team in a false position.

“They will be there or thereabouts at the end of the season. I do like Huddersfield and love some of their players, but Kenny Jackett's men will come good.

“That support at home and the momentum of their last away game makes it the wrong time to play them.”

Form guide

Hosts Wolves will head into Saturday’s match on the back of a 3-0 victory over Fulham at Craven Cottage in London.

Kenny Jackett’s side have made a disappointing start to the season and find themselves 10th in the Championship table at the moment.

However, Wolves are just three points behind sixth-place Cardiff City, and they are very much in the running for a top-six finish in the league this campaign.

Meanwhile, Brentford are struggling at the moment and find themselves 19th in the Championship table.

The Bees have picked up only eight points from nine matches and are just a point above the relegation zone.
