Three-way battle for Brentford youngster Josh Bohui

HITC Sport understands Brentford starlet Josh Bohui is at the centre of three-way battle his international allegiance.

England, France and Ivory Coast are all battling it out for the services of highly-rated Brentford youngster Josh Bohui, HITC Sport understands from sources close to the club.

Bohui is regarded as one of the best young prospects in the country after catching the eye for Brentford over the last 18 months.

The teenager signed a scholarship deal with Brentford last April with the Championship club managing to fend off interest from a number of Premier League clubs in Bohui.

It is not only on the domestic scene that Bohui finds himself in high demand with the forward also hot property on the international stage.

Bohui was a member of England's Under-16 squad last season and is currently on standby for their Under-17 squad.

However, France and Ivory Coast are fighting to try and persuade Bohui to stop representing England and pledge his allegiances to them.

France have been to watch Bohui in action in two of his Under-21 games for Brentford, while Ivory Coast have been alerted to his eligibility and Bohui is now weighing up his options of who to play international football for.
