Four of Leeds United's players will represent their countries at various levels early next month.
Leeds United’s official website has announced that some of the club’s players have been called up for international duty, including summer signings and exciting young talents.
Stuart Dallas has, unsurprisingly, been called up for Northern Ireland’s matches against Greece and Finland next month, while Charlie Horton, Robbie McDaid and Frank Mulhern will also feature for their countries at under-23, under-21 and under-19 levels respectively.
Dallas signed for Leeds from Brentford during the summer and he has featured 10 times for Uwe Rosler’s side to date, providing two assists in the process.
Horton also signed for Leeds in the last transfer window, but at just 21 he will have to be patient for a first-team chance with Marco Silvestri and Ross Turnbull ahead of him in the pecking order.
Mulhern has impressed for Leeds’ under-21 side in recent weeks, scoring consecutive braces in games against Brentford and Bristol City, while McDaid is another striker tipped to have a big future in the game.
Leeds have had a hit-and-miss start to the new Championship season but they have some very exciting youngsters coming through and in time this side could become great if they are allowed to grow together.
