Wolverhampton Wanderers goalkeeper Aaron McCarey does not seem to be impressed with Brentford’s decision to sack Marinus Dijkhuizen.

Wolverhampton Wanderers goalkeeper Aaron McCarey has taken to social networking site Twitter to give his reaction to the sacking of Marinus Dijkhuizen by Brentford.

Dijkhuizen was dismissed by Championship club Brentford as their first-team head coach earlier today.

The 43-year-old Dutchman was appointed the Bees boss at the start of the season, but things have not gone according to plan.

Brentford are 19th in the Championship table at the moment with eight points from as many matches, just a point above the relegation zone.

Wolves goalkeeper McCarey, currently on loan at League Two outfit Portsmouth, has taken to social networking site Twitter to give his reaction to the news.

Brentford have appointed Lee Carsley as the head coach of the first team until the end of the season. The 41-year-old has been working as manager of Brentford's development squad.

The Bees will take on Birmingham City at home in the Championship on Tuesday evening.
