The Ghanaian is out of contract at the end of the season.
It is reported by The Sunday People, as cited by the Daily Star, that Tottenham will be making a £2.5 million move for the player in the winter.
The Ghanaian is a former FC Porto youngster who joined up with Port Vale last November – following a release from Cypriot club AEL Limassol.
He did not feature for the club at all last season, but after getting his match fitness up to scratch in pre-season he has become one of the better players during the early stages of the League One campaign.
Tottenham are certainly in need of some wide reinforcements and a gamble on a player like Andoh is certainly not a bad shout.
They are likely to keep tabs on the player throughout the rest of the year and if he impresses he might just be worth a role of the dice.
