Southampton goalkeeper Fraser Forster has taken to social networking site Twitter to reveal how hard he is working to make a successful comeback from injury.
The former Newcastle United and Celtic player has been on the sidelines since March after he underwent surgery on a knee injury.
The England international is working hard to regain his full fitness and has posted the following photo on Twitter:
Wales international midfielder Joe Ledley, who is now at Crystal Palace, played with Forster at Scottish Premiership giants Celtic, and he has wished his former teammate a speedy recovery.

Southampton have made a disappointing start to their 2015-16 Premier League campaign and find themselves just three points above the relegation zone at the moment.
The Saints will take on Swansea City at St. Mary’s Stadium in the Premier League this afternoon.
Ronald Koeman’s side have only won two of their last 12 Premier League matches, while Swansea have conceded just three goals in their last five league games.
