The 17-year-old is one of Villa's top talents.
The teenage attacker was included in the Premier League first-team squad for a tie with Burnley in May and is hoping to push on and become a first-team regular at Villa in the near future.
He has certainly started the season in style.
Green spent much of the summer on the sidelines with an injury problem. Now he is back to full fitness he is pushing on this term with the under-21s. However he is also still a member of the under-18 team and today he was in action against Swansea at that level.
They played at Bodymoor Heath this morning and Villa came away with a comfortable 4-2 win against the Welsh youngsters.
Green himself Tweeted about the game. He was happy with a couple of assists in the performance and his first game of the season at home:

The 17-year-old England youth international will now hope to continue his excellent form and continue making progress toward the first-team.
