Harry Redknapp predicts West Ham United v Norwich City

The former West Ham boss has aired his views ahead of their Premier League clash with the Canaries.

Ex-West Ham United manager Harry Redknapp believes the in-form Irons will beat Norwich City on Saturday afternoon - but only just, according to Kicca.

Indeed, West Ham host Norwich at Upton Park on Saturday and the former coach and current pundit is expecting them to continue their mightily impressive - but not unexpected - start to life under Slaven Bilic.

Norwich, too, will be full of confidence after adapting quickly to the top flight but Redknapp can see a narrow win for the home side.

Redknapp wrote on Kicca: "West Ham 1-0 Norwich.

"I fancy West Ham, they’re playing very well. Norwich have done great as well, they’ve had a good start to the season but I’d go for West Ham."

Redknapp's prediction won't surprise anyone - neutrals, West Ham fans or Norwich supporters.

The Canaries are, of course, playing well themselves and managed a 1-1 draw at Anfield last week. But the Hammers are the form team of the Premier League.

Sensational wins over Arsenal and Liverpool (granted, there were defeats in between) were followed up by a dominant display at home against Newcastle United, before the most impressive victory of all came at Manchester City last weekend.

It should be a good game, with both sides impressing. But it's hard to argue with the former West Ham boss on this one.
