Brazil legend Pele discloses which Premier League side he would join - picks Arsenal

Pele With Sepp Blatter

Reckon Pele would be able to finally help this side win a Premier League title again?

Who would you rather play for...Arsenal or Chelsea? Both have their pros and cons: you'd be walking on eggshells around Diego Costa if you joined Chelsea, but you'd be forever finishing fourth with Arsenal.

While we're having a bit of a tough time trying to decide on who we would join if we could kick a football in a straight line and be able to run for more than 20 seconds, Pele is having no such issues with his selection.

Yep, the Brazilian legend has made it pretty clear to the Telegraph that he would have liked to join Arsene Wenger's side if he were still playing today.

Speaking to the Telegraph, Pele, said: "Arsenal would be a good team to play for. I like the teams that play open football. Today it is difficult to decide which teams play that way.

"Barcelona are the closest in style to Santos and are almost the same style as Brazil in 1970. Between Chelsea and Arsenal? I would play for Arsenal if I had the chance."

What do you reckon Arsenal fans, could Pele even lace the boots of the clinical Olivier Giroud or be even more fierce then Danny Welbeck? We're really not sure, but we'd love to find out and reckon the three-time World Cup winner, and a man with over 1000 goals to his name, could definitely still do a job despite being 74-years-old.
