Celtic defender Kieran Tierney has revealed on the club’s official website the influence that Scott Brown has had on him so far.
Brown is the current Celtic captain and has been on the books of the Scottish Premiership champions since 2007.
The 30-year-old central midfielder is one of the best players in the Scottish Premiership and is a very influential figure in the Celtic dressing room.
Defender Tierney, who is only 18 years of age, has stated that he is learning from Brown and told Celtic’s official website: “He’s been brilliant to everybody and when we play Under-20s games he’s a coach so he influences everything you do which it’s good.”
KT on his influences at Celtic: It’s hard to pick out a few because then I’d leave some out but you can’t look past Scott Brown. (MD)— Celtic Football Club (@celticfc) September 23, 2015

Tierney is a talented young defender who has played four times for the Celtic senior team so far in his career.
The teenager has a long way to go, but he certainly seems to be surrounded by good and intelligent people.
Brown is a leader for Celtic, and watching him and listening to him is only going to help Tierney grow and develop as a footballer.
