The Sky Sports pundit has been previewing Leeds' trip to the Riverside Stadium.
Former manager Ian Holloway believes Middlesbrough will beat Leeds United 2-1 in the Championship this weekend, according to his regular predictions column on Sky Sports.
Indeed, Holloway feels Boro will be one of the top two in the second tier and, despite praising Leeds, says they will have too much for the Yorkshire side.
Holloway told Sky Sports: "It wouldn't be a surprise if they win this one but Boro are going to be one of the top two. The work the manager and chairman has done is terrific. Signing David Nugent and Stewart Downing, who are still good enough to do all sorts of damage, was brilliant business.
"These are Middlesbrough's own players now rather than relying on the loan market like with Patrick Bamford. That's how they've moved forward."
What's interesting is just how similar circumstances are to last season's Championship clash, when everyone would have similarly backed Middlesbrough at the Riverside, only for Leeds to come away with a 1-0 win.
That was under Neil Redfearn, though, who shut up shop after United scored an early goal through Alex Mowatt. Will Uwe Rosler really try something similar?
The likelihood is the Leeds boss will cite his 'philosophy' and try to take Middlesbrough on at their own game. Then again, if it works, why not? The Whites will have to improve heavily on some recent performances to take on a side as strong as Boro. But they do have a great record at the Riverside...
