Mulumbu sends message on Twitter to West Brom duo, Kyle Lafferty revels

Norwich City

Norwich City defeated West Bromwich Albion 3-0 at home in the League Cup on Wednesday evening.

Norwich City forward Kyle Lafferty has taken to social networking site Twitter to give his reaction to the win against West Bromwich Albion on Wednesday evening.

The Canaries defeated Premier League rivals West Brom 3-0 at home in the third round of the League Cup.

After a goalless first half, West Ham United-owned winger Matt Jarvis broke the deadlock just past the hour mark.

Lafferty, making a rare appearance for Norwich, doubled the home team’s lead with a fine low finish in the 85th minute, and minutes later West Brom defender Sebastien Pocognoli scored an own goal.

Over the course of the 90 minutes at Carrow Road, hosts Norwich had 59% of the possession, took 12 shots of which five were on target, and earned four corners.

Following the match, Lafferty took to Twitter to express his delight at scoring for Norwich.

Norwich midfielder Youssouf Mulumbu was also delighted with win and sent a message on Twitter to his former West Brom teammates Pocognoli and Victor Anichebe.
