Confirmed: Middlesbrough v Wolverhampton Wanderers lineups

Middlesbrough and Wolverhampton Wanderers will face each other at the Riverside Stadium in the League Cup this evening…

Middlesbrough will be looking to maintain their good run of form when they take on Wolverhampton Wanderers at home in the third round of the League Cup this evening.

Aitor Karanka’s side will head into the game at the Riverside Stadium on the back of a 2-1 victory over Nottingham Forest away from home at the City Ground in the Championship.

Boro are playing well and are looking like they are set to finish in the top two of the league table, and the players will be aiming for a strong cup run as well.

Visiting Wolves will head into this evening’s tie on the back of a goalless draw with Brighton & Hove Albion at Molineux.

Kenny Jackett’s side are struggling for form at the moment, but the players should be looking to make the most of this evening’s cup game and return to winning ways.

It promises to be an interesting game at the Riverside Stadium this evening, and this is how Middlesbrough and Wolves will line up:

Middlesbrough XI: Mejias, Kalas, Friend, Amorebieta, Nsue, Forshaw, Leadbitter, Adomah, Fabbrini, De Pena, Kike
