Tottenham Hotspur warmed up for their clash against Arsenal with victory over Crystal Palace on Sunday.

Tottenham Hotspur players Erik Lamela, Nacer Chadli and Ben Davies have taken to social networking site Twitter to give their reaction to the win against Crystal Palace at home on Sunday afternoon.

Tottenham won their third successive competitive match, as they defeated Palace 1-0 at White Hart Lane in the Premier League.

Son Heung-min’s goal midway through the second half proved to be the difference between the two teams in North London.

Over the course of the 90 minutes, hosts Spurs had 57% of the possession, took 22 shots of which just six were on target, and earned six corners.

Visitors Palace had 43% of the possession, took 12 shots of which four were on target, and earned five corners.

Following the game, Lamela, Chadli and Davies took to Twitter to revel in the triumph.

The tweets from the trio sum up the mood in the Tottenham camp ahead of the big game against Arsenal this week.

Spurs will face their bitter North London rivals at White Hart Lane in the third round of the League Cup on Wednesday.

The win against Palace seems to have increased confidence among the Tottenham players, who will be keen on getting the better of Arsenal at home.
