Aston Villa slipped to another defeat this afternoon as West Bromwich Albion claimed bragging rights in this West Midlands derby with a 1-0 victory.
Villa suffered heartbreak at Leicester City last weekend having led 2-0 only to lose 3-2, and Tim Sherwood's men didn't fare much better this afternoon either.
Tony Pulis' Baggies left Villa Park with all three points this afternoon - and it just had to be Saido Berahino that notched the winning goal.
The striker's future at West Brom has been uncertain for the last month, and manager Pulis left him on the bench for last weekend's 0-0 draw against Southampton.
Today though, the 22-year-old hit the winning goal, as he diverted James Morrison's goalbound strike in to the back of the net in the first half.
Villa pushed for an equaliser in the second half, but West Brom stood strong and claimed all three points in a morale-boosting victory for Pulis and his Baggies side.
For Villa, it's just four points from six games, with Sherwood's side struggling for form after signing so many signings over the summer.
