Leeds United defeated Milton Keynes Dons 2-1 away from home in the Championship on Saturday afternoon.
The West Yorkshire outfit returned to winning ways in the Championship with a 2-1 triumph at Stadium mk.
The Whites took the lead just past the half-hour mark when Chris Wood found the target from close range.
Carl Baker pulled down Charlie Taylor inside The Dons’ penalty box, and striker Wood made no mistake from 12 yards.
Taylor made it 2-0 to Leeds just before the half-time interval when he found the target with his left foot.
Simon Church halved the deficit for the hosts in the 74th minute, but The Dons ended the game with 10 men following the sending-off of Samir Carruthers.
Following the match, Rosler praised Silvestri, who was criticised by some for his mistake against Ipswich Town at Elland Road on Tuesday.
Rosler also praises Silvestri's performance: "People called for his head but you have to support him. Today he was excellent." #lufc— Leeds United FC (@LUFC) September 19, 2015
Rosler also had kind words for Taylor, who played the entire 90 minutes against MK Dons.
Rosler hails Charlie Taylor: "The sky is the limit for this guy. He pushes himself in every single game. The boy is brilliant." #lufc— Leeds United FC (@LUFC) September 19, 2015
Leeds are 10th in the Championship table at the moment with 11 points from eight matches, just a point behind sixth-placed Reading.
