Confirmed: Arsenal v Chelsea line-ups

England Wembley

Premier League rivals Arsenal and Chelsea will face each other in the FA Community Shield at London’s Wembley Stadium this afternoon…

Arsenal will be looking to kick off their 2015-16 campaign on a positive note when they take on Premier League rivals Chelsea in the FA Community Shield at London’s Wembley Stadium this afternoon.

The Gunners ended the 2014-15 season strongly and won the FA Cup for the second season in a row.

The North London outfit are being tipped by many as being genuine challengers for the Premier League title this season.

Today’s game against Chelsea will be important in terms of Arsenal showing that they are ready to reclaim the league title they last won in 2004.

Chelsea will also be determined to win today’s match and step up their preparations for the 2015-16 Premier League campaign.

Jose Mourinho’s side will probably be favourites to win the league title for the second season in a row, but they will face stiff competition from Arsenal, Manchester City and Manchester United.

This is how Arsenal and Chelsea will line up for today’s game:

Arsenal XI:

Chelsea XI: Courtois; Ivanovic, Cahill, Terry (c), Azpilicueta; Matic, Fabregas; Ramires, Willian, Hazard; Remy

Subs: Begovic, Zouma, Mikel, Oscar, Cuadrado, Moses, Falcao
