Leeds United and MK Dons are due to meet at stadium:mk tomorrow.
The Whites are readying themselves for their third game in a week, and Rosler has suggested that he could tinker with his line-up to ensure that key men do not suffer from burn out.
The German boss said that he has given the squad no indication of who will be starting on Saturday, as he wants to keep everyone in the 19-strong party that will travel to Milton Keynes on their toes.
"Normally I will indicate to the players who will play on Friday who will start, by doing shape. Today, I didn't do it at all. I want everyone on their toes," he said. "It's the third game in a week and I have to put the level of performance for the last two games into consideration.
"I have to also consider backing players, who have had games where they have not reached their normal level. We have enough time still to discuss with my coaching staff, to find the optimal solution."
When asked about whether goalkeeper Marco Silvestri, who had made an error in Leeds' latest game against Ipswich Town, would start, Rosler refused to answer, stating that he felt he had covered that in his previous point.
There are other positions which are up for grabs in the Leeds' line-up too, with the side having lost their last game against the Tractor Boys.
Leeds have proven difficult to beat under Rosler, but they will now need to show their ability to bounce back and will be keen to get a win at the MK Dons.
Karl Robinson's men will also be eager to get back to their winning ways themselves - as they have failed to pick up a victory in any of their last four league matches.
