Pundit Paul Merson has told Sky Sports that he believes Aston Villa will beat West Bromwich Albion at Villa Park this weekend.
Villa had a nightmare last weekend, as having led 2-0 away at Leicester City, Tim Sherwood's men somehow managed to throw the game away and lose 3-2 at the King Power Stadium.
Meanwhile, the Baggies played out a 0-0 draw against Southampton at The Hawthorns, with both sides winning just once this season.
This weekend, they meet at Villa Park in a big West Midlands derby, with points and bragging rights on offer for the winner of Saturday's game.
The young striker was left on the bench against Southampton having tweeted that he no longer wanted to play for the club, as reported by The Telegraph - but Merson believes it's time for Berahino to return to the side and face Villa this weekend.
"This is a huge derby, but not as big as Villa's clash with Birmingham midweek!" said Merson. "I am going to go with Villa. Losing 3-2 at Leicester after being two goals up will affect them, but they are a young team and they will learn from their experience."
"I think Villa will just have too much for them. I think West Brom are going to struggle. They were lucky against Southampton. They have to get Saido Berahino back in the team. There is no point chopping off their nose to spite their face, they need him," he aded
