To be played on Saturday 19th September 2015 at 14:00. Venue: St. James' Park, Newcastle
Odds: Newcastle 7/5, Draw 23/10, Watford 19/10
Newcastle United welcome Watford to St James’ Park on Saturday with Steve McClaren’s side still searching for their first win of the new season.
A poor run of form has seen the Magpies slip to the bottom of the table after five matches played, with Newcastle taking just two points from a possible 15.
In contrast recently promoted Watford have six points to date and are 13th in the table as a result.
A victory against Swansea City last time out was a brilliant result for Watford and they will be quietly confident of building on that against a Newcastle side that has simply not offered enough since McClaren took charge.
In early team news, Newcastle are without the suspended Aleksandar Mitrovic while Steven Taylor is rated at 75 per cent to overcome a knock.
As for Watford, they are without Joel Ekstrand, Miguel Britos and Valon Behrami while Mamadou Obbi Oulare has a 50 per cent chance of featuring due to a lack of match fitness.
