Kamil Glik could be set to double his money by signing a new contract at Torino.
It is claimed he has been €1m per year, double his current salary.
It was reported during the summer by ForzaItalianFootball that Manchester City were considering a bid for the Polish international, while The Sun had linked Tottenham Hotspur with an offer of £8 million for the player.
Glik's current contract runs until 2017, which means if he was not to sign a renewal, Torino could be tempted to cash in on him next summer.
It seems the club are seeking to pre-empt this by rewarding him for not pushing for an exit this summer.
Former Real Madrid trainee Glik has been a key figure for Torino over the past few seasons, and earlier this month was reported by Tuttomercatoweb to have told sports.if that he was happy to stay at the club despite them selling teammate Matteo Darmian to Manchester United this summer.
The financial package coming his way seems like a sensible deal for the club, and it would be a surprise if he does not sign.
