Victor Moses put in an impressive display on his West Ham debut, helping his loan club to a 2-0 win over Newcastle United.
Moses was a real threat throughout, with his directness causing trouble for Newcastle, he almost found the scoresheet, only to be denied by the woodwork.
The winger is on loan from Chelsea, who have decided they can do without him for a third successive year, having sent him out to Liverpool and Stoke City previously.
Shortly before signing with West Ham, he penned a four-year contract with Chelsea, with the Blues showing they do have faith in the Nigerian to succeed.
Yet going on Chelsea's start to the season, five games without a victory, perhaps they could have done with Moses after all?
When chasing the game against Everton at the weekend, manager Jose Mourinho chose to throw on Brazilian teenager Kenedy in order to try and salvage a draw, only for them to go on and lose 3-1.
Would 24-year-old Moses really have been a worse option? On the evidence of his display at Upton Park last night certainly not, and fans are also of the opinion Chelsea may have blundered by letting Moses go out on loan.
Here is a look at the reaction to Moses' display...

Victor Moses is a very good player, if he were English, he'd be overrated. But he's not yet the standard of playing week in/out for #CFC yet— iOlisa (@Tokunbo_01) September 14, 2015
Pains me to see Moses in another team's kit when we're struggling with creativity #CFC— George (@GeorgeWillCfC) September 14, 2015
