Tottenham fans react on Twitter to Nabil Bentaleb's injury

Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Nabil Bentaleb is out for three to four weeks.

Tottenham Hotspur fans have taken to social networking site Twitter to give their reaction to the news that Nabil Bentaleb will be out for three to four weeks.

Spurs head coach Mauricio Pochettino told Sky Sports on Sunday afternoon that the Algeria international midfielder has an ankle injury.

Pochettino made the revelation in the build-up to the North London outfit’s Premier League game against Sunderland away from home.

Tottenham did not miss Bentaleb much against the Black Cats at the Stadium of Light, though, as they won the game 1-0.

However, the injury to the 20-year-old midfielder will be a blow to Spurs, especially as he is a promising young player and enjoyed a breakthrough season in 2014-15.

Despite Bentaleb not starting the season well - he has often misplaced passes and has struggled to impose himself on games - he has potential and is an important player for Tottenham.

Following the injury news regarding Bentaleb, Tottenham fans took to Twitter to have their say.
