Here is how we predict Manchester United will line up against PSV Eindhoven this week:
Manchester United travel to Holland this week to take on PSV Eindhoven in their first Champions League group game for two years.
United manager Louis van Gaal has had to wait patiently for this chance after taking over a club that did not qualify for last season’s competition, and having overcome Club Brugge in the qualifying round they now have some much tougher opposition to overcome.
The first match is arguably the hardest, with United taking on the current Eredivisie champions in their own backyard.
United’s players returned from international matters in brilliant form at the weekend, defeating Liverpool 3-1 with £36million summer signing Anthony Martial coming off the bench to score on his debut.
The Frenchman could well make his first start with captain Wayne Rooney unlikely to feature due to injury; after all United will want to play a strong side from the outset in a bid to hit the ground running and swiftly top the group.
