West Bromwich Albion fans have taken to social networking site Twitter give their reaction to the return of Tottenham Hotspur summer transfer target Saido Berahino to the team.
Berahino was linked with a move away from West Brom in the summer, with Tottenham interested in his services.
According to BBC Sport, Spurs had as many as four bids rejected for the 22-year-old striker, who himself expressed his anger at not getting the move he desired on social networking site Twitter on transfer deadline day.
Berahino was left out of the Baggies’ last three matches prior to their weekend fixture, but he came on as a substitute against Southampton at The Hawthorns in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon.
The former England Under-21 international came on in place of summer signing Rickie Lambert in the 55th minute of the encounter.
During his time on the pitch, Berahino took one shot, had a pass accuracy of 75% and attempted three dribbles.
Following the match, West Brom fans took to Twitter to have their say on the return to the team of Berahino.

Much better reception for Berahino than I expected but to be fair what does giving him too much stick achieve in the long term? #wba— Ricci Dunn (@B_H_Baggie) September 12, 2015
All the people who clapped and cheered berahino need to fix up #wba— Jack Ross (@rosstafarianJ) September 12, 2015
The only positives I can take from today is that Evans had a good debut and Berahino was integrated back into the squad #wba— Daniel Smith (@smith_83_Dan) September 12, 2015
