The South Korea international is preparing for his Spurs debut against Sunderland tomorrow.
Tottenham fans have been split in their opinion of the club’s transfer window, with some positive signings offset by the lack of a new number nine.
Of the six new faces to arrive at White Hart Lane over the last couple of months, Son Heung-min has arguably created the most excitement, with the versatile South Korean attacker joining the Londoners from Bayer Leverkusen.
The former Hamburg man has received his international clearance and is now available to make his debut for his new side in tomorrow’s clash against Sunderland at the Stadium of Light.
Ahead of this, Tottenham have released a video, above, showing Son in training, with the new man certainly impressing with skill and a number of goals in scratch matches.
There is no doubting the Korean’s quality, with the attacker standing out for both of his former Bundesliga clubs and his national side over recent years.
Getting the best out Son will be a major task for Pochettino, who admitted earlier this week that he will consider the new man as a potential option in the number nine role.
Just whether the Asian star is selected in Tottenham’s starting XI tomorrow remains to be seen, but the video will surely have Spurs fans itching to see their new hero in competitive action sooner rather than later.
