Mirco Antenucci is one of the better players at Leeds United.
Italian striker Antenucci did not start the encounter and came on as a substitute at the start of the second half in place of Alex Mowatt.
It was the former Ternana player who scored the goal for Leeds, finding the target in the 76th minute to help the West Yorkshire outfit pick up a point.
Following the match, Rosler revealed that Antenucci does not want to play out wide.
“When I came here he (Antenucci) said to me straight away 'gaffer, don't play me on the wing’,” the German told Leeds’ official website.
“We have a philosophy, a way of playing. We're not having a discussion every week about if we play with one central striker or two.”
Antenucci is one of the better players in the current Leeds squad and will be important for the team as the season progresses.
It makes sense for Rosler to play him as a striker when he is on the pitch, as that is where he is the most effective.
