Mauricio Pochettino’s side are winless in four games this campaign, having lost to Manchester United on the opening day and drawing their other three games against Stoke City, Leicester City and Everton.
Tottenham have been competitive in all those games, though, conceding their lead twice to both Stoke and Leicester, while they had a number of chances to secure victory against the Toffees.
Walker has said that if they keep playing as they have been, then the results will come and kick start their season.
"If we keep playing how we’ve been playing, the results will come," he told tottenhamhotspur.com.
"If we get one win, we’ll get on a roll. It’s all about momentum and confidence and as soon as we get that, we'll be flying."
Respect to Sunderland
Next up for Spurs are Sunderland on Sunday, with many expecting Pochettino’s side to come away from the Stadium of Light with a comfortable win.
That is a result of the poor start to the season Dick Advocaat’s side have had, with a terrible opening to the campaign having seen them hold crisis talks already.
Walker though, believes that the side still has the quality at their disposal despite such a poor start, and has said that his team will not fail to show their hosts any respect.
"They haven't had the best of starts but we know they still have quality throughout that squad," he added.
"I think it will be an exciting game. We always want to take the game to our opponents but we’ll also respect Sunderland at their place."
