Manchester United will face Liverpool at Old Trafford in the Premier League this evening.

Arsenal legend Ian Wright and Newcastle United great Alan Shearer have given their prediction of the Manchester United against Liverpool game in The Sun.

While former Arsenal striker Wright believes that United will win the Premier League match 3-1 at Old Trafford this evening, ex-Newcastle striker Shearer has predicted a 1-1 draw.

"It will be cagey but ban for Philippe Coutinho is a blow to Liverpool,” Arsenal great Wright told The Sun.

"I can see Christian Benteke scoring and troubling Daley Blind,” Newcastle legend Shearer told The Sun. "A draw is a decent result for Liverpool but not for Louis van Gaal.”

Playing at home will give an advantage to United, who will also be boosted by the signing of a new contract by star goalkeeper David de Gea.

The Red Devils have lost just one of their previous 10 Premier League games at Old Trafford. However, United have won only three of their last 10 Premier League matches.

Liverpool have a good record away from home so far this season, having picked up as many as four points on the road.

However, the Reds have won only one of their last seven away games in the Premier League.
