Photos: 15-year-old forward training with Arsenal first-team, defender shows his competitive nature

Arsenal will take on Stoke City at the Emirates Stadium in the Premier League on Saturday.

The Arsenal players were training today ahead of Saturday’s Premier League clash against Stoke City at the Emirates Stadium in North London.

The Gunners will head into the game on the back of a 1-0 victory over Newcastle United away from home at St. James’ Park before the international break.

Arsene Wenger’s side have not made a great start to the 2015-16 Premier League campaign, but they have started to pick up points.

Having won the FA Community Shield 1-0 against Chelsea at London’s Wembley Stadium, Arsenal went down 2-0 to West Ham United at the Emirates in their opening league game of the season.

The North London outfit returned to winning ways with a narrow 2-1 triumph at Crystal Palace, before being held to a goalless draw by Liverpool at home.

Arsenal will be determined to pick up all three points against Stoke at the Emirates, and the players were training hard today.

Spanish defender Hector Bellerin in particular showed intensity, as shown in the photo above.

Along with the Arsenal first-team players training today was 15-year-old Reiss Nelson, who is a forward (see photo below).
