These two West Ham players have been disappointing so far this season

Carl Jenkinson and Adrian have been the two worst players for West Ham United so far this season.

Carl Jenkinson

Carl Jenkinson was one of West Ham United’s best players last season, and the defender, on loan from Premier League rivals Arsenal, is expected to have another successful campaign.

The England international right-back is a very good player, but he has left much to be desired with his performances so far this season.

Against Bournemouth at the Boleyn Ground, the 23-year-old was arguably the worst defender on the pitch, as he made a number of sloppy mistakes and was also sent off.

Jenkinson also struggled against Leicester City at home and failed to do much while going forward.

Like Jenkinson, Adrian was one of West Ham’s best players last season and the goalkeeper is an important player for manager Slaven Bilic.

However, the Spaniard has made a disappointing start to the season and is serving a three-match suspension at the moment.

After having precious little to do against Arsenal away from home at the Emirates Stadium in North London on the opening day of the season, Adrian was sent off against Leicester City at the Boleyn Ground after conceding twice.
