West Ham have reportedly listed three players for loan.
The Football League loan window opened yesterday, and a report by Sky Sports has named three West Ham players who have been placed on the market for second division clubs.
Slaven Bilic is keen to move out players not in his first-team plans, with Morgan Amalfitano, Joey O’Brien and James Collins all reportedly listed for loan having seen their playing opportunities limited.
All three senior players were named by Bilic in West Ham’s 25-man Premier League squad list last week, but with little chance of actually breaking into matchday squads, the head coach is keen to see them playing consistent football to keep up their fitness, even if it is in the Championship.
This season, Collins has made just two appearances in the Europa League, whilst O’Brien played five games in the same competition. Amalfitano, who has been banned from senior training by Bilic, played four qualifying games. None of the trio have yet to play in the Premier League this term, with only Collins even making it on the bench - for two games.
There are no indications in the report that any teams have yet shown an interest in taking any of the trio on short term deals now that the loan window is open.
