Video: Watch all 50 of Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney's goals for England

Wayne Rooney England friendly

He's smashed the record, but can you remember all 50 of them?

After 12 years, 107 caps and a fancy (and expensive) new hair do, Wayne Rooney has made history by smashing past Sir Bobby Charlton's England goalscoring record.

The 29-year-old – who made his debut against Australia back in 2003 – thumped home a rather dubious penalty against Switzerland on Tuesday night to take his tally to 50 goals for the Three Lions.

While many think of Rooney as being a bit lazy, and not in the same league as the likes of Alan Shearer, Gary Linekar or Charlton, the Manchester United striker has managed to prove all of his doubters wrong.

Since his first goal against Macedonia back in 2003, taking Euro 2004 by storm to leading England's comeback attempt against Uruguay at last year's World Cup, Rooney has been an almost ever-present for England for over a decade.

And to mark Rooney's record-breaking exploits, here's a video of all 50 of his England goals
