Arsenal legend Ian Wright has been singing the praises of former Tottenham Hotspur star Gareth Bale in The Sun.
The winger, who joined Spanish giants Real Madrid from Premier League side Tottenham in the summer of 2013, is recognised as one of the best players in the world.
The 26-year-old former Tottenham star has been the best player for Wales in their Euro 2016 qualifying campaign.
The Dragons have still not qualified for the prestigious European competition, but they should be able to go through as they need just a point from their final two qualifiers.
Former Arsenal striker Wright seems to rate Bale as a brilliant player and has spoken highly of the former Southampton man in The Sun.
The Arsenal great has highlighted the positive attitude the 2014 Champions League winner shows on the pitch.
Explaining his decision to make Bale his ‘Player of the Weekend’, Wright wrote in The Sun: “What I also love about Bale is the genuine joy he gets from playing for his country.
“Just watch the way he celebrated that winner (against Cyprus) with everyone — that’s what international football should be all about.”
Bale is regarding by many as one of the best players on the planet, but he remains a very humble and down-to-earth guy.
The former Tottenham star is playing for the biggest club in the world in Real Madrid, but he shows no ego or bad attitude.
