Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey and Crystal Palace goalkeeper Wayne Hennessey featured for Wales against Israel in a Euro 2016 qualifier on Sunday.

Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey and Crystal Palace goalkeeper Wayne Hennessey have taken to social networking site Twitter to give their reaction to Wales’ failure to win against Israel at home on Sunday evening.

Both Ramsey and Hennessey started the Euro 2016 Group B qualifier at the Cardiff City Stadium in Cardiff and played for the entire 90 minutes.

Despite the heroic efforts of the Arsenal and the Palace stars, Wales failed to pick up all three points and had to settle for a goalless draw.

Over the course of the 90 minutes, the Dragons had 62% of the possession, took 17 shots of which seven were on target, and earned 11 corners.

Visiting Israel were hugely defensive and had just 38% of the possession, took only two shots of which one was on target, and earned one corner.

Following the match, Arsenal midfielder Ramsey and Palace goalkeeper Hennessey took to Twitter to thank the Wales fans for their support in Cardiff.

Fantastic support today #togetherstronger #umbro #cleansheet #faw
