Belgium defeated Bosnia and Herzegovina 3-1 at the King Baudouin Stadium in Brussels in a Euro 2016 Group B qualifier on Thursday evening.

Tottenham Hotspur defender Jan Vertonghen has taken to social networking site Twitter express his delight at Belgium’s win on Thursday evening.

Belgium defeated Bosnia and Herzegovina 3-1 at the King Baudouin Stadium in Brussels in a Euro 2016 Group B qualifier.

Manchester City-owned striker Edin Dzeko put Bosnia in the lead after just 15 minutes, but Belgium came back strongly and picked up the three points.

Manchester United midfielder Marouane Fellaini made it 1-1 midway through the first half for Belgium, and newly-signed City attacking midfielder Kevin De Bruyne added a second for the hosts.

Belgium wrapped up the scoring in the 78th minute when Chelsea star Eden Hazard found the target from the penalty spot.

The win against Bosnia means that Belgium are now second in Group B with 14 points from seven matches, three points behind leaders Wales.
